INTRODUCTION
Deactivating a subject is the preferable alternative to deletion. You would deactivate subjects when you no longer want to offer them as part of your training, it is outdated, or no longer applies to the work you do.
Note: Deleting a subject is generally discouraged as all completion records associated with that subject are also deleted.
When the subject is deactivated:
- Completion records for user stay intact
- Will no longer appear on reports; unless requested
- Can be activated at any time
