INTRODUCTION
This article provides instructions to Checkoff a Tasklist using the Credit App.
In order to use the Credit App an administrator must be given any ONE of the following administrative security roles:
- Master
- Admin
- Credit Training
- Tasklist Checkoff
The Credit App allows all activities to be credited whether they are mobile compatible or not. Please refer to the Convergence Mobile: Mobile Compatibility Explained article to learn which activities are mobile compatible and how to set mobile compatibility in the LMS for your activities.
The benefit of using the Credit App to credit your training is that an administrator can collect signatures from employees as well as themselves. The signatures collected will appear in the completion record of the LMS.
CHECKOFF TASKLIST
The Checkoff Tasklist feature in the Credit App uses the same sign-off properties set up in the tasklist. For example, if the tasklist is set up to be signed off by BOTH the instructor and the employee, then the app will allow you to collect signatures for both the instructor and the employee.
Follow these steps to Checkoff a Tasklist:
- Login into the Credit App.
- Click the Checkoff Tasklist button.
- Complete all the following screens:

Step 3: Checkoff Tasklist

Step 1: Choose Tasklist
- Search or scan for the activity to be credited.
Note: Refer to the Credit App: Overview and Use to learn how to search for an activity by keyword or scanning a QR Code. - A list of tasklists will appear.
- Click the tasklist name to select the tasklist to be credited.
Note: You may only select ONE tasklist at a time. - Click the Next button in the lower right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Choose User
- Type all or part of the user's first or last name in the Search field.
Note: You may not check off your own assigned tasklist. - Click the Magnifying Glass.
- A list of users that match the search criteria will appear.
- Select the user by clicking the round circle to the right of the user's name.
Note: You may only select ONE user at a time. - Click the Next button.
Step 3: Checkoff Tasklist
Red = Required Items - these items MUST be checked in order to get a completion record
Black = Optional Items - these items do not require checkoff in order to get a completion record.
- You may do one of the following:
- Check each task individually by clicking the button to the right of each task.
- Click the Check All button in the lower right corner of the screen to check all the tasks in the tasklist.
Check Each Task
Follow these steps to complete each task:
- The Checkoff Task screen will appear.
- Add any comments or observations about the completion of this task.
- Click the Check button.
Note: The Save and Close button will save your comments and close the window. It will NOT checkoff the task as complete. - You will be returned to the Step 3: Checkoff Tasklist screen.
- Repeat these steps until all required tasks have been individually checked off.
- Click the Sign and Submit button in the lower right corner of the Step 3: Checkoff Tasklist screen.
- Scroll down to the Signatures section of this procedure.
Check All Tasks
- Click the Check All button in the lower right corner of the screen.
- The screen will reformat with all tasklists checked.
- Click the Sign and Submit button in the lower right corner of the Step 3: Checkoff Tasklist screen.
- Scroll down to the Signatures section of this procedure.
Signatures
One of the following three screens will appear depending on how the checkoff properties of the tasklist have been set up.

Follow these steps:
- Have the employee and / or supervisor sign their name.
- Click the Submit button.
Submission Complete
One of the following screens will appear depending on how the checkoff properties of the tasklist have been set up.

- Credit Tasklist: Click to credit another tasklist.
- Start Over: Click to return to the Home screen.
