The Mobile Apps offer a convenient way for users and administrators to access their training, search for activities, and credit training from a mobile device rather than logging into a desktop computer.
For activities to be available in the Learn, Credit and Search App, they must be marked "mobile compatible" in the Activity Record. And, certain activities may not be available to launch in one or more of the mobile apps; even if marked mobile compatible. Please read the next section of the article to learn which activities are mobile compatible.
An Important Note about Flash
Years ago, the Adobe Flash Player was used to created content such as animations and videos that would be added to CBTs and documents. The Flash Player is a relatively old plug-in. It has seen a decline in popularity because it has become increasingly vulnerable to online threats like viruses and hackers. In addition, it is not compatible with Apple products. If a CBT or document includes Flash and is marked mobile compatible, it will not launch in our mobile apps.
