TRAINING AND CATALOG TAB OVERVIEW
The Training tab is where all assigned training will appear for the user to launch and complete. This tab allows you to select the permissions a user will have access to when they log into the LMS and click on the Training tab.
The Catalog tab is where all elective (optional) training will appear for the user to enroll. This tab allows you to select the permissions a user will have access to when they log into the LMS and click on the Catalog tab.
TRAINING TAB PERMISSIONS
The following items can be included or excluded from the user's permissions.
- View Training Plan Tab: When set to NO, the training tab will NOT be visible.
- Can Submit IMS Incident: This feature applies to our Incident Management System only. When set to NO, users will NOT be able to submit Incidents.
- Edit Group Membership: This field applies to the Contractor LMS only. For Contractor LMS, always set to YES. When set to NO, the user will not be able to change their job role or facilities. Changing their job role and facilities will make available the training required to perform a job or task or take the facility specific training required to work at a client's job site.
CATALOG TAB PERMISSIONS
The following item can be included or excluded from the user's permissions.
View Catalog Tab: When set to NO, the catalog tab will NOT be visible. This means that a user will not be able to enroll in any offered electives.
