Credit App: Log in and Log out

INTRODUCTION

This article provides instructions to log in and logout of the Credit App.

LOGIN

Follow these steps to log in to the Learn App:

1. Click the Convergence Credit icon to launch the app from your mobile device.
2. Username: Type the same username used when you log in to the LMS using your desktop computer. If you have logged in before, your username will already be populated.
3. Password: Type the same password used when you log in to the LMS using a desktop computer. If you have logged in before, your password will already be populated.
   Note: Alternate passwords can be enabled.  Please refer to the Mobile Apps: Enable Alternate Password article to learn more about alternate passwords.
4. Click the Login button.
5. The Credit App will launch and direct you to the Home screen. 
6. Please refer to the Credit App: Overview article for a tour of the Credit App.

LOG OUT

Follow the steps below to log out of the Credit App.

1. Click the Menu icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. Click the Logout button.
3. You will be returned to the Sign In screen.
