INTRODUCTION
The Home Tab allows you to access a variety of reports that provide you with the current status of your training. You can run, view, print and export reports.
The following reports are available to you. Click on the links below to learn more about each report.
- Personal Due Date Report: View all assigned activities with upcoming due dates within the next 30 days or an overdue status.
- Personal Overview Report: View a summary of your assigned qualification’s completion status.
- Personal Tasklist Report: View the completion status and comments for assigned tasklists.
- Personal Training Plan Report: View all assigned qualifications, activities and electives that appear on the training tab regardless of completion status. The report breaks activities into three sections: Qualifications, Electives and Individually Assigned Activities.
- Personal Training Transcript Report: View all completed activities and qualifications within a specified date range.
RUN A REPORT
The report screen lists available reports in alphabetical order.
Follow these steps to run a report:
- Login to the LMS.
- Click on the Home tab.
- Click on the menu icon in the upper left corner to expand the menu bar.
- Click the My Reports link.
- Search: Click the search button to search for a report.
- Select the desired report by clicking either of the following buttons:
- Click the View button to open the report in the same browser window.
- Click the Popup button to open the report in a new browser window.
- Complete any of the parameters (filters) to include or exclude desired data on the report.
Note: Click on any of the report links above to view a list of parameters for each report and an explanation of the data that will be included or excluded by selecting that parameter - Click the View Report button.

PRINT A REPORT
Follow these steps to print a report:
- Follow the steps above to Run a Report.
- Click the printer icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
If using Internet Explorer:
- A message will appear at the bottom of the screen that states do you want to open or save?
- Click Open.
- Acrobat Reader will launch.
- Click File >> Print on the menu bar.
- Verify your printer settings are correct.
- Click the print button.
- Close Acrobat Reader after the certificate has printed.
If using Google Chrome
- Acrobat Reader will launch within Google Chrome.
- Hover over the certificate; a menu will appear at the top right of the page.
- Click on the Printer icon.
- Verify your printer setting are correct.
- Click the Print button.
- Close the Google Chrome window after the certificate has printed.
EXPORT A REPORT
Follow these steps to export a report:
- Follow the steps above to Run a Report.
- Click the down arrow on the Export icon located in the middle of the screen under the parameter bar.
- Select from PDF, Excel or Word.
- A message will appear at the bottom of the screen that states do you want to open or save?
- Click the down arrow on the Save button and select the Save As option.
- Change the name in the File Name field, if desired.
- Navigate to the location on your local drive or network drive where you want to save the report.
- Click the Save button.
