REPORT DESCRIPTION
Displays configuration details for one or more selected qualifications. The report displays the following:
- Report Name
- Qualification Name
- Order: Displays the selection made on the Qualification Record screen in the “The Requirements listed above should be completed in” section.
- Requires: Displays the selection made on the Qualification Record screen in the “To complete this Qualification” section.
- Requirement Name
- Order: Displays the selection made on the Requirements Record screen in the “The Activities listed above should be completed in” section.
- Requires: Displays the selection made on the Qualification Record screen in the “To complete this Requirement” section.
- Activities: Displays the activities included in the requirement
- Type: Displays the activity type: Document, CBT, Training Event, Class, Quiz, Tasklist
- Version: Displays the most current version of the activity
REPORT USE
Use this report to determine how one or more qualifications have been set-up with requirements and activities.
REPORT PARAMETERS
The following parameters are available on this report:
- Qualifications: Select one or more qualifications.
- Start Expanded: When checked, it displays the description of the qualification, requirement and activity in an expanded view.
- Cover Page: Displays the report parameters selected to run the report as the first page of the report.
