View all users in the organization hierarchy grouped by region. In addition, the report provides a list of users within groups. Each region is displayed on a separate page. Groups appear on a separate page following the location of the organization hierarchy they are added to.
The report displays the following:
- Report Name
- User, Username,
- User State: Active or Inactive
Note: Inactive employees are only displayed when the Show Inactive Users parameter is checked
- Phone and Email
Note: Phone and Email will only display if entered on the user record
The following parameters are available on this report:
- Show Inactive Users: Displays inactive users on the report when checked
Note: Inactive Users are indicted act Inactive in the User State column.
- Cover Page: Displays the report parameters selected to run the report as the first page of the report
