REPORT DESCRIPTION
View the exception status (Incomplete, In Progress, Overdue) for one or more specified activities. By default, this report displays all activities with any completion status except “Complete”.
This report can be sorted by any column that includes an Ascending/Descending arrow in the column header. For example, the report can be sorted by User by clicking the Ascending/Descending arrows to the right of column header User.
The report displays the following:

- Pie Chart that displays the total number of activities:
- Complete
- In Progress
- Incomplete
- Overdue
Details
- Name of the Report
- Activity: Displays the activity names in alphabetical order
- User: Displays name of user; last name first
- User Name: Displays names of users, last name, first name
Note: The User Name will be replaced by the External ID column if your company uses HR Sync. See External ID below. - External ID: Displays the External ID number associated to the user when using HR Sync to populate your organization
- Assigned\Enrolled: Displays either of the following:
- Assigned: When the activity was assigned to the user
- Enrolled: When the activity was offered as an elective and the user enrolled in the elective
- Status: Displays one of the following when checked in the Status Type parameter
- Overdue: User has not completed the assignment by the due date
- Completed: User has completed the assignment
- In Progress: User has launched the activity and completed some part of the activity
- Incomplete: User has never launched the activity
- Completed: Displays completion date if Completed is check in the Status parameter
- Next Due: Displays the assignment's next due date
REPORT PARAMETERS
The following parameters are available on this report:
- Activities: Select one or more or a combination of activities from the drop down. Activities can be filtered by any of the following:
- Activity
- Activities in Requirements
- Activities in Qualifications
- Activities assigned to users, teams, departments, sites, regions or organization
- Activities assigned to groups
- Users: Select one or more or a combination of the following from the drop down:
- User(s),
- Organization unit(s)
- Group(s)
- In security roles
- By supervisor
- Assigned to activities
- Status Type: Select one or more of the following:
- Overdue: User has not completed the assignment by the due date
- Completed: User has completed the assignment
Note: Completed defaults as unchecked - In Progress: User has launched the activity and completed some part of the activity
- Incomplete: User has never launched the activity
- Assigned Status: Select on or both of the following -
- Assigned: Includes activities assigned to the selected users
- Enrolled: Includes activities offered as electives and the user enrolled in the elective
- Show Future Activities: Check to display activities that are set to begin at a future date.
Note: When the Assignment Start Date begins at a future date which is later than the current date. - Show Activities That Have Ended: Check to display activities that include an assignment end date.
Note: Will display any activities that have already ended. In order for the data to appear, the Assignment End Date field must be populated with a date and that date is past the current date. - Show Location: Displays the location of the user
Note: When this option is selected the report will display additional fields. Refer to the Report Description: Show Location image below for an example of a report where show location has been selected. - Cover Page: Displays the report parameters selected to run the report as the first page of the report
"SHOW LOCATION" IS SELECTED IN THE REPORT PARAMETER
The report displays the following additional fields:
- Qualification/Training Program: Displays the Qualification or Training Program the activity is included in.
- Requirement/Subject: Displays the Requirement or Subject the activity is included in.
- User Email: Displays if entered on the user record.
- Hire Date: Displays hire date when the Hire Date field is completed in the user record.
- Region, Site, Department, Team: Displays user's organization unit.
- Supervisor: Displays supervisors name if the Supervisor field is completed on the organization unit, user, or group record.
- Supervisor User Name: Displays the supervisor's user name if the Supervisor field is completed on the organization unit, user or group record.
- Supervisor of: Displays the organization unit that the supervisor supervises if the Supervisor field is completed on the organization unit or group record.
